Designed to provide the user with a literal new dimension in sample quality assessment and usher a new age in DNA quality control. Complete your analysis accurately from the start.
Typical electrophoresis-based DNA QC technologies can only provide information about the amount of DNA in a sample and the overall level of fragmentation of the molecules.
The BioCule platform, however, uses semi-denaturing conditions to analyze nucleic acids in two dimensions. This allows for the quantitation of the various sub-fractions of nucleic acids – dsDNA, ssDNA, DNA/RNA hybrids, inter- and intra-strand crosslinks, DNA nicks, etc.
